The Registrar of Companies announced that on 31/03/2017 it will proceed with the deletion of Cyprus companies that have not paid their Annual Levy Fee for over a year from the date that it was fell due for payment.
As such, Cyprus companies which have not paid their Annual Levy Fee for 2012, 2013, 2014 and/or 2015 will be published in the Official Government Gazette for a period of 3 months and thereafter will be deleted from the Register of Companies.
To avoid deletion from the Register you are requested to make payment of EUR 490 for each year due into our Firm’s client account, details of which appear below:
